| | Warborough's first foray into league cricket at Crowmarsh on Wednesday evening got off to a rather inauspicious start when they were reduced to eight for five inside the first five overs. Only through late resistance from Mark Dyson (24) and Chris Ward (21*) was total humiliation avoided, and a total of 70 eventually posted. Despite losing two early wickets, Crowmarsh costed to the target with more than six overs to spare, former Warborough player Jed Cleeter remaining unbeaten on 16. |
